Products and pricing

Available garments, colours, sizes and current prices are shown in the catalogue. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Base garment prices exclude printing, blank handling and applicable GST. The order summary shows the applicable charges before submission. Product availability depends on stock.

Your artwork and production instructions

You must own or have permission to use the artwork you upload. You are responsible for checking the garment colour, size, quantity, artwork, print dimensions and placement before placing an order. Maximum print width is 9 inches; height adjusts to the artwork proportions and permitted print area. Front and back printing are charged separately.

Mockups are digital representations. Printed colours and placement may vary slightly due to fabric, printing and garment construction. Uploaded backgrounds form part of the print unless removed from the file. Production follows the artwork and instructions saved with the order.

Orders and payments

An order receives a unique POD number. Production is subject to stock availability, accepted instructions and any required payment confirmation. Available payment options are displayed during checkout. Submission alone does not represent a successful payment.

Shipping and fulfilment

You arrange and pay for Delhivery shipping, upload a valid shipping label and book pickup from the address provided in your dashboard. You are responsible for recipient details and courier booking. Production takes 48 hours after the order is confirmed and the required artwork, instructions and payment are received. Once your dashboard shows the order as ready for pickup, you can book the courier pickup. Courier transit time is separate from production time and depends on your booking and destination.

Branding

Optional neck-label requests require suitable artwork, availability and confirmed pricing. Upload PNG artwork with the requested background at 1.8 inches wide by 1 inch high.

Cancellations, defects and support

Our Refunds & Cancellations policy explains cancellation requests and production issues. We offer a replacement for verified damaged deliveries rather than a monetary refund; an unboxing video is required. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law. Contact us with your POD number before changing an order already submitted. Updated terms apply to future orders; confirmed orders retain their submitted pricing and instructions.
